Carpet USA Awarded Playa Vista Contracts
Carpet USA has commenced for the Playa Villas II Block 1 & 5 projects and we currently are wrapping up work at the Runway project. Our builders are calling on us to provide the quality service and superior craftsmanship that we are known for. We're installing flooring and tile throughout the project and are very excited to be involved in these amazingly beautiful projects.
Playa Villas II - Blocks 1 & 5

Carpet USA has begun work on Playa Villas II - Blocks 1 & 5 in both the units and common areas. We're installing carpet, tile floors and walls, as well as hundreds of thousands of square feet of gorgeous laminate floors. We are looking forward to completing an amazing job for our new clients.

Carpet USA has been working on Runway Playa Vista since last year. We are installing beautiful carpet, floor and wall tile, and vinyl plank in units. This is a stunning mixed use project and are very excited to be a part of it.

Every project Carpet USA is awarded is considered our top priority and our account executives work tirelessly to ensure our clients satisfaction. We are extremely proud of the work we have done and have a few examples below of the projects we have recently completed. These projects included various complicated carpet designs and seaming that was installed flawlessly, custom exterior mosaic installed up to 3 stories high, and an enormous multifamily property overhaul here in Venice.

The Screen Actors Guild office improvements was a beautiful challenge. With a custom carpet layout, the pressure was on to furnish and install an amazingly designed space. We installed broadloom carpet, luxury vinyl plank, VCT, as well as resilient base.

The redevelopment of Lincoln Place apartments in the Venice, CA was an especially distinct project, which included the renovation of existing flooring in existing units with historical status, as well as flooring new apartment units, a new leasing center, clubhouse, and other amenity areas.

Sol y Luna Apartments is a recently completed project that we are especially proud of. The tile portion of this project consisted of tiling areas of the 5 story building with a custom made mosaic tile. It definitely showcases Carpet USA's tile crew's craftsmanship and our account executives project management.
